Loan health is decided by the ratio of all deposited collateral to the overall loan amount. This shows where you stand in your loan position. It is subject to change based on how your deposited value compares to the borrowed value.

• A higher Health value indicates that the user's borrow position and collateral are in a more optimal state.

• A lower health value indicates the user's collateral safety and borrowing position are in a sub-optimal state.

A portion of your collateral might be liquidated if your health goes below 1.

The Ignis protocol will also display colored indicators of health based on the numerical values:

Health > 2 : Green

Health < 1.99: Orange

Health <1.1: Red

At Health < 1, liquidations will occur

Borrow Limit

Based on the value you have put up as collateral and the liquidity you have access to. The Borrow Limit is the maximum amount you are permitted to borrow.

Improving Health 📈

Improve Health by:

• Repaying a portion of the amount borrowed

• Adding more collateral
