Liquidation is when your collateral's value is of insufficient value to pay back your outstanding debts. This can happen if the asset you provided as collateral decreases in value or if the value of your debt borrowed increases. Liquidation causes a debt repayment deducted from the available collateral plus an additional liquidation fee. We have provided a health monitor on the app to help you make managing your positions easier. Don't let your health drop below 1 or else you will be liquidated. Please monitor your positions to avoid liquidation!
